There are tons of reasons why you should register for an account! Firstly, it only takes a few minutes of your time and once you’ve registered for your account, you need not refill your personal details again everytime you purchase an item. Also, if you're interested in any Sold Out / Fully Reserved items, you can click the Notify me when available option and our system will immediately notify you when it's back in store. Asides from all these nifty features, you get to track your order(s) and even view your order history directly from your account!
If you've set your eyes on particular pieces but are unsure of whether you want to purchase them, you can add them to your wishlist, which will help you bookmark and keep track of all the pieces you're interested in. Yes, we do! :) When making an international purchase with payment via Paypal, please change the default currency (found on top right of every page) on our website as Paypal doesn't allow payments in MYR currency for International addresses. Our team takes great effort in ensuring our pieces are in good condition before posting them out to you, but mistakes are occasionally inevitable. If you find your item to be defected, do not hesitate to contact our customer care team at contact@PhatCulture.com and fret not, because you will certainly get a full refund of store credit into your account! Once an order is processed, you typically cannot change your order. However, if you urgently need to change your mailing address, or inform us of any conditions that may interrupt with your parcel’s delivery to you, please contact us ASAP at contact@PhatCulture.com before your order is processed for delivery. :) We usually strive to ship parcels out within 24 hours. For some items, you will notice an option to insert your email address in the product page in a ‘Notify me when Available’ column. If you've already registered for an account, you need not fill in your email address anymore - just click the Notify me when available button and it'll be automatically updated in our system.

For non-registered shoppers, do fill in your email address so we can contact you if we plan to restock the item! We sometimes restock items only based on demand. If the Notify me when Available option is not available for the item you’re eyeing, don’t hesitate to drop us an email at contact@PhatCulture.com as this will help us in gauging what items and styles should we bring in again.
For some items that are fully reserved, we might still allow orders to be made - in this case, it will be stated on the product's post itself. For such cases, do proceed with making the order, but only make payment once we've emailed you with a confirmation that we're releasing pieces of previous reservations that have expired. These are items that are currently out of stock but we will be bringing in again due to demand. These items are not ready stock but are confirmed orders that will be processed, and will be delivered to you once the new stocks arrive at our premises. Most Backorders do not take more than 2-3 weeks to reach but this varies based on several external factors.
If for some reason the backorders fail to reach us, we will offer you an option of a full refund or a refund in the form of store credit. However, such occurences are very rare as we will do whatever we can to make sure the items arrive at our premises on time, and in tip-top condition. :) (back to top)
